I am a personal trainer, as well as a sport and recreation management graduate from the university of Pretoria. I started working as a personal trainer because I have a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals so they can become better people.

I base my classes on having fun. In your childhood you had fun while playing with your friends, while actually exercising and I try and incorporate the same principle in my classes. People also give more effort when they are having fun.
