About Briony
My name is Briony, I am a mother of two and I have been teaching for approximately 3 years. I work with students who live in residential care as I believe that I can have the greatest impact on their lives and this is why I do this job. I want all students to see that they can be more than what they initially believe and to help them make a future for themselves.

I work in a SEHM school so I am well equipped at supporting and teaching students that are able and willing as well as ones who are yet to realise their potential. I try to personalise my lessons to the students' personal interests, for example, one of my students wrote a job advertisement to become an Avenger and another wrote an imaginative story using Fantastic Beasts as his inspiration. I believe English can be fun if it is used alongside a student's interests and hobbies.
