About Ying Xiu
I am a language enthusiast who likes to bring back the joy of learning languages. I have been tutoring for 2 years now, and because of this I discovered that looking for a way to learn that works for you is essential! Together we can go through the lesson material, practice reading, write, or anything else that you find difficult. Last year I passed my Cambridge Proficiency Exam, which indicates that my English is at native level. So, what are you waiting for? You´ll see that learning English is possible for everyone!

I prefer giving individual lessons, with full attention to you as a student. I look at each persons way of learning which works well, based on level, goal and interests. I will ensure that your English continues to improve, both with and without a clear end goal. I believe that a language is best learned by listening and speaking, so my lessons will also be taught in English. Of course with the necessary Dutch and the right feedback. I will provide homework or assignments, but in moderation and adapted to what the student can handle. Most importantly, I strongly believe a language should be learned without stress. I will stay patient and positive, so that we can learn a lot while it can feel like we are not studying super hard at all!
