Tutoring is more than just a job; it's a journey of personal growth and transformation, both for the tutor and the student. Throughout my tutoring experience, I've had the privilege of witnessing the power of education to uplift individuals and communities. As a tutor, I've learnt to adapt my teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Whether it's helping a struggling student grasp a difficult concept or mentoring a motivated learner to excel, forming these connections has been the cornerstone of my tutoring experience. Additionally, building rapport with students who may initially be hesitant or resistant to tutoring requires patience and empathy. However, I've come to see these challenges as opportunities for growth, both professionally and personally.
