About Hafsa
I am a Psychology student in my 3rd year of university. I currently work full-time in a secondary school as a mentor, where I provide academic interventions, 1-1 tutoring and in-class support. This essentially means I work with children all day everyday, and I understand the current education system. I work with year 9 students primarily.
Every child deserves to be pushed and supported to succeed. Schools can lack providing students the tools to access a students full potential, and tutoring can provide those and push students to success.

My teaching methodology focuses on 1-1 tutoring, where I personalise my approach according to how you learn, and the pace of your learning.
Tutoring with myself is very interactive, while I will talk and explain, we will do activities to ensure you understand the content. I do also expect some level of independent work in order for the information to retain in your long term memory.
Lessons will be around 1-2 hours, depending on what suits you. My lessons are for ages 13-16 years old.
I am currently a mentor who works in a secondary school where my job includes tutoring, in-class support, and running academic interventions.
