For physical fitness I believe that its best to learn from someone who not only practices the craft but has also benefitted from it themselves and Anjani has done it. She is also a keen and pleasent educator who is passionate about her craft. With Anjani you will not just be learning Yoga and aerobics, you will also gain a trainer who will match your pace and make sure that you end up practicing the skills regularly.
