About Kruthika
All areas of the industries demand a thorough understanding of data and the best possible representation of it in order to make smart strategic decisions. As a result, one must possess the necessary skill sets to act and provide the same. As a data-driven individual, I've discovered that one of the most fascinating components of my job is determining the client's fundamental needs and collaborating with them to meet that need. The prospect of contributing to the creation of something that others want and that improves their lives and work motivates me to always try my best to complete the task.
I am Kruthika Anil More, dedicated, rational, and my employers and peers recognize me as a challenger and a learner, and that is because of an educational and professional background that blends both technological and business aspects. I earned a bachelor's degree in engineering with a major in information technology, followed by a master's degree in business administration with a focus on telecommunications and finance, and am presently working on my second master's degree in business analytics. The theoretical information I received throughout my academic years was backed up by my practical experiences as an intern and full-time employee over the years. I am also currently preparing for CFA Level-1 certification.
I worked with the Forensics and Disputes team at Deloitte, where we dealt with Compliance and Financial Frauds; I assessed my clients for financial frauds, evaluated their financials, interviewed prospective suspects, and set up alarms to detect danger areas.
Apart from this, I am a trained Bharatanatyam and Kathak dancer, I have been trained in classical dance from the age of 6 years. I have a keen interest in designing, which includes graphic designing and interior designing. On my lazy days, you will find me sipping a cup of coffee, pencil sketching, or gardening.
