About Hailey
Over the years, I have worked with students of many different ages and academic backgrounds through my own tutoring camps, volunteering with School on Wheels, and individual tutoring. I have also spent countless hours helping my younger and older siblings and peers succeed in their studies.
These experiences have taught me how to adapt to different learning styles and communicate complex ideas in an approachable way. I am committed to providing thoughtful, personalized instruction that helps students achieve their goals.

Learning STEM subjects can be challenging, but with the right guidance, every student can succeed. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades and understanding, but also to help them enjoy the learning process. When students are engaged and curious, they gain confidence and retain concepts more effectively.
I adapt my teaching style to each student's needs and explain concepts in clear, intuitive ways. During lessons, we work through examples together, practice problem-solving techniques, and focus on the areas where the student needs the most support. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and develop the skills needed to become independent learners.
As a graduate of Harvey Mudd College and a current Master's student in Biomedical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, I bring extensive experience in advanced STEM coursework and real-world applications. I work with students across a wide range of academic levels, from foundational STEM subjects through advanced college coursework, in mathematics, science, engineering, and related subjects, helping them build both competence and confidence in their abilities.
