About Liliana
I am in my final year of university at Harvard, based of of Cambridge, MA. I am an A.B. candidate in Sociology and Theater, Dance, and Media (Dual Degree). I am currently writing a Bachelor's thesis which is working to investigate identity negotiation in professional dancers in the mainstream entertainment industry.
I am the founder and currently direct, choreograph, and dance with Harvard Contemporary Collective (Cambridge, MA - Harvard's primer contemporary company). I also choreograph/scene direct and dance with Harvard Eleganza Show (Cambridge, MA - Harvard's largest fashion/hip hop dance performance).
Prior to Harvard, I have worked professionally with Vandivier Ford Dance Company (Louisville, KY - modern/contemporary dancer) and CirqueLouis Aerial Company (Louisville, KY - aerial artist).

Hi all! I'm a dancer based in the Cambridge/Boston, MA area with more than 18 years of multi-genre dance training and performance, and 4 years of dance instruction and choreography experience. I have taught from elementary school age to adult, in multiple genres though primarily contemporary. I have choreographed on groups ranging from solo work to over 30 dancers, with the duration ranging between 2 minutes to over 25 minutes in length. I am eager to work with a variety of dancers looking for personalized training and/or choreography! I have found the most progression, growth, and joy in exploring my own artistry - and I look forward to uncovering and utilizing the artistry of those I work with.
Primary styles: choreography, contemporary, modern, improvisation, contact improvisation, contemporary/modern partnering, hip hop, heels, stage performance
