About Yudi
I lived in the states for 12 years, and in Japan for 12 years. I have a perspective many people don't have on the language.
I started learning Japanese when my family moved to Japan when I was 11. I realized that the text book Japanese is not how normal people talk like... So I started watching a ton of anime to get used to slang, then as soon as I was able to read Hiragana, I started reading manga and books. I'm all self taught!
I also have a life hack on how to remember kanji :)
After I graduated from high school, I worked for Softbank and Nissan as a translator and pretty much every job I had, I was using both English and Japanese constantly.
Basically, I struggled to learn Japanese so you don't have to!

Her experience living in both the US and Japan, both for 10+ years, gives her invaluable insight on not just learning the language, but navigating the subtle nuance that all languages have. School can’t teach what she can. She’s fluent in Japanese and English and can show you the way. 10/10 would recommend!
