About Amber
I'm fresh out of school and have been training in gyms since I was 7 years old. I train every day and I love it. I've done spinning and pilates, but found my passion lay within bodybuilding and weightlifting. I have been exposed to and currently train with many professionals as well as competitive body builders. I am goal driven and determined and have a passion for fitness. I am able to not only give you workout routines but to also work out with you in order to motivate you as well as to give you tips on form and diets. I am not a qualified professional, however I have alot of knowledge and do work with and consult professionals like pilates instructors, personal trainers, spinning instructors, coaches and body builders.

I believe that people wanting to get into gym and a healthy lifestyle can sometimes view it as challenge and I want to show you that it can to be fun by doing exciting exercises while working with your physical ability and keeping youe goals realistic.
Going to the gym by yourself for the first time and doing exercises you aren't too sure about is daunting and not enjoyable. I believe in not just telling you what exercises and training to do, but doing them with you so that you may feel encouraged and know I'm in it with you. I will hold you accountable to your fitness goals and motivate you on the days where you feel like giving up, reminding you of your end vision. I believe the best teachers, are those who work with others and continously encourage them.
