About Alba
With over 5 years of teaching experience and a BM in Studio Music and Jazz, Guitar Principal, I guide students in Electric, Acoustic, Classical, and Bass Guitar. My speciality is film scoring and video game music. Lessons cover atmospheric textures, thematic development, and sound design.
I integrate DAWs into lessons, helping students compose, record, and produce their own music. I work with youth and adult learners, tailoring lessons to skill level and creative goals. Improvisation, motif development, and stylistic versatility are emphasised.
My approach is student-centred, encouraging exploration and confidence. Lessons combine technical skills with media composition techniques. Students learn to create cinematic and immersive music.

I focus on helping students master guitar in multiple musical styles. Lessons cover funk, metal, country, jazz, and more, teaching techniques specific to each genre. I emphasise versatility and understanding musical context.
I work with The Teenage Rebel and The Recording Artist to explore new directions in playing. Improvisation, rhythm, and phrasing are integrated into every lesson. I aim to build both skill and creativity.
