About Vera
My journey with the guitar began with curiosity and a deep love for melody. Over nine years, I’ve grown as both a performer and educator, discovering that teaching music is as fulfilling as playing it. I’m inspired by watching students evolve from tentative beginners into confident musicians who play with both technique and emotion. My approach is warm, structured, and adaptive. I emphasize developing not just mechanical skill but musical understanding—helping students internalize rhythm, tone, and phrasing. I guide them through improvisation, performance techniques, and creative expression so they can find their unique artistic voice. Outside of teaching, I perform regularly, compose original pieces, and attend music workshops to refine my craft. For me, the guitar is not just an instrument—it’s a lifelong language of feeling. Helping students unlock that language and discover their connection to music is what makes this work so deeply meaningful.

My guitar lessons are designed to transform how students experience music—by making every note a tool for creativity and connection. Whether a beginner picking up the instrument for the first time or an advanced player refining their tone and phrasing, lessons are personalized to nurture skill, understanding, and artistry. I focus on building a solid foundation in technique while encouraging students to explore their musical identity.
Beginners learn correct hand positioning, strumming, chord transitions, and rhythm coordination. Intermediate learners move into fingerpicking, scales, and improvisation, while advanced players focus on expression, performance confidence, and genre versatility. Each class includes ear training, repertoire building, and creative assignments that strengthen both skill and confidence.
Beyond technique, I teach students to feel music—to understand its emotional language. Many of my learners have gone on to perform live, compose their own songs, or collaborate with bands. The lessons are designed not just to create skilled guitarists but passionate musicians who find joy in every sound they create.
