"Silence gives way to the hum of an amplifier during our first few minutes, where I perform a rapid diagnostic check to map out your current abilities. This initial assessment allows me to build a lesson plan that addresses your specific gaps in knowledge while we explore complex blues progressions or technical exercises.
My background at the Curtis Institute of Music allows me to break down difficult concepts into manageable parts, leveraging 9 years of experience to keep our time focused and productive. Because I hold a BMus in Guitar Performance, I emphasize the importance of ear training, which acts as the foundation for everything we do.
