About Laurel
I am a gigging musician who lives for the sound of steel strings. Fourteen years of experience have shaped how I guide absolute beginners and working professionals alike.
My approach keeps things moving for those who feel stuck. Students often come to me when they want more structure than self-teaching provides. I enjoy helping players find their own rhythm on the fretboard. It is a joy to watch them progress.

Technique provides the foundation. Practice makes progress. I structure my sessions so that every student receives a personalized module to maintain momentum. My BMus training influences how I break down barre chords and scales for working professionals.
Sometimes we focus on fingerpicking while other times we work on lead guitar theory. These sessions are perfect for returning learners who need a clear path. You will walk away feeling capable and prepared for your next practice.
