About Renata
Hatha Yoga / Vinyasa Classes are always geared towards those present at the moment. Structured by Hatha Yoga, which is classic yoga, but with mixes of Vinyasa flow. All classes have an attention to each student, always with a therapeutic and careful eye. I pass fundamentals of yoga philosophy aiming whenever there is autonomy in the students' practice, so that they do not depend on the classes.

Yoga is an ancient philosophy / practice, which is still more current and necessary than ever. I am a Naturologist and yoga teacher, because I believe that this practice is the way to reconnect with the whole that inhabits us. I like to work with interagency, that is, classes should always have exchanges between teacher and students, making room for dialogue and greater learning. I believe that generating autonomy for students is a very important point, so that they can take care of their health responsibly.
