About Sakina
I have recently graduated from University and have attained a first class bachelors degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. I have A Levels in Maths, Chemistry and Biology. I offer lessons at a GCSE level and lower in Mathematics and the three main Sciences: Biology, Chemistry and Physics. My tutoring takes place in online sessions for the convenience of both parties.
I have been with this site since 2015 and have had the pleasure of teaching students of a variety of ages and levels. I always try to break down the problem until my students are able to understand the key concepts.
I strongly believe in the intellect of my students and know how far a little bit of guidance can take them.
I am very passionate about Mathematics and Science! They are fantastic gateways into various amazing fields! I am hard working, friendly and supportive. I am positive you won't be disappointed!

Perfect! Brilliant teacher
Sakina is a great teacher she helped me understand the topics that I thought that will be difficult and even though I found maths a hard subject she broke it down and found a way for me to understand and enjoy the lesson.

Sakina has been helping my teenage daughter prepare for her GCSE maths and science.
Since Sakina got involved, I have seen my daughter become motivated, keen to learn and flourish under her patient and watchful guidance.
A really great tutor, I thoroughly recommend. Many others are over priced and rely on high profile qualifications from top academic institutions to have to prove their academic prowess.
With Sakina, she is modest, passionate about teaching and engages well with young adults, bored, disconnected or lost and a kind, well thought out lesson plans that Sakina organises, is just what every child needs to learn complex subjects.

My daughter has been having GCSE math lessons with Sakina for 8 weeks now. She is a brilliant tutor, very patient, calm and will explain topics in various ways until they are understood. My daughter feels very comfortable learning with Sakina as she can learn at her own pace and is not rushed. Since my daughter has been having lessons with her, she is more confident and is starting to enjoy maths. I believe with Sakina's help my daughter will be able to pass her GCSE math.
I would highly recommend her.Sakina is a very good and easy teacher with simple steps. She has helped me with things I haven't even been taught and although I ask many questions she seems to have an answer for everything so she really helps me understand physics I hope to keep booking lessons until I'm ready for GCSE's

Understood wellSakina was a great tutor who pushed me to get the best possible grade in the least amount of time. She helped me address the exact problems I was having. She wasted no time in going over things I already knew, which is why it took such a short time to get me above track! She was very friendly and helped motivate me. I never thought I could achieve an A* in Chemistry!
