About Leonardo
I entered the Faculty of History in 2018 and in the same year I joined the IEV (Institute of Valeparaibanos Studies) as a young member, where I conducted a brief research on Aviation in the State of São Paulo during the so-called Revolution of 1932.
In the next year was when I really fell in love with the classroom, I volunteered to teach philosophy in a college entrance exam preparatory course. At the same time, I followed the history classes at a school in my city as part of my internship in Elementary School II, it was in this year that I also developed a project with other colleagues in a public school in the city, as part of the PIBID program (Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program).

My methodology is based on debate, on reading texts and when necessary in a class a little more expository, my main objective is to help students not as the holder of knowledge, but the one who helps them to get it. I also try to understand what the student's difficulties are in order to be able to develop a class that fits each individual's way of learning.
