About Dmitry
My name is Dmitry, 44 Y.O., i am a British citizen with the Russian background. Been working in Fitness industry for over 10 years. For the past 6/7 years have dedicated myself to study and practice in the field of Physiotherapy,
Martial Art, Mindfulness & Yoga.
I want to help & make a positive health/fitness impact the same way i helped myself on the Physical and Physiological levels.
To share with my community powerful moving system that helping me and thousands of people to stay pain free, have better internal connections, improving body's strength, yet attaining peace of mind & wellbeing in overall.

In this 1-1,5HRS practice I'm-offering teachings & techniques from Eastern traditions; that allow us to approach our body as the whole living organism, Inseparable, completed, joyful, strong yet relaxed being without body's & mind's limitations.
It's a dynamic 6D moving meditation which strengthens our physical but most importantly physiological health.
This spinal, joints & mind Synergy system/movements are accessible for any levels of fitness, health, dancing enhancement activities.
