About Raffaele

I have a degree in Motory Activity and Sports Science at the Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna, I have the recognition of the Academy Virgin Active Bologna, Internship at the Crossfit Singular Box and functional training, also in the open air. I like to train and train, I can give advice and correct the execution of the main free body exercises, I can organize and plan free body workouts, with small weights and tools such as TRX, dumbbells, kettlebells and elastic bands for any kind of user.

About the lesson

I am firmly convinced of the usefulness of practicing physical activity, even better if outdoors. I prefer the use of simple and functional exercises aimed at improving personal well-being, inserted in total body circuits or specific for a region of particular interest to the customer, of short duration (maximum one hour of activity including heating and stretching at the end), with the aim of obtaining the maximum possible results with the time available.
