About Helena
I am a graduated physics student from Germany, specialized in the research field of elementary particles. Upon request I started giving private lessons to young pupils from my neighborhood in subjects like maths, french and english. During my time at uni I worked for a local institute that organized private lessons, where I, due to my studies, specialized on maths and physics.

I'm not an experienced teacher and I never studied concepts of teaching, mostly because I did not like the way I was taught in school. My own experience showed me that one can only learn, while the process itself is enjoyable. Therefore, most of all, it's important that you feel comfortable with me. In case that applies, my approach to teaching is firstly to understand your struggle. Everyone works differently and learns with different methods and paces. So my task as a tutor is trying to understand your way of learning and supporting you with it.
