About Rovena
Hello! My name's Rovena and I'm a recent graduate, I have loved all aspects of Biology and Chemistry ever since I was a child and I want to continue helping other students understand Biology and Chemistry and look beyond as subjects they learn at school and rather enjoy the lessons. In addition to my love for science, I love English Literature and its a subject I have been in touch with, I love reading and understanding authors and poets at a deeper level.
I am willing to go the extra mile for each student I teach and I'm available to be contacted at any time!

During a lesson it would be ideal to have an hour in which the student will be learning and understanding the content, whilst in the second hour the primary focus will be testing their knowledge and what they have learnt. This type of learning will allow the student to develop active recall and ensure they have grasped the content fully and in an exam setting they are comfortable and if there are any areas of weakness it would be addressed as soon as possible. I aim to have a lesson ideally for two hours as this will ensure that we can cover certain topics thoroughly. With over 3 years of experience in tutoring this lesson plan has worked effectively and I've been able to see vast improvement in students. Of course, lessons are adapted for student needs and subjects. Lessons in biology and chemistry are available up to A Level, and English Literature and Language to a GCSE level
