About Xiaoling
I am retired, I would like to continue using my knowledge and experience to help young people develop their confidence, improve their understanding, and achieve their learning goals. I enjoy working with students of different ages and abilities and finding ways to make challenging concepts easier to understand.
Tutoring also gives me an opportunity to stay connected with young people, share my experience, and make a positive contribution while enriching my retirement life.

As a teacher, I have always tried to improve my teaching by expressing my ideas clearly, and make my classes easy to understand to students of different backgrounds. Interacting with interested and intelligent students expands their repertoire of knowledge, insights, and skills and also broadens my perspective as I learn from their ideas and experience. The interaction with younger people also makes students and me aware of generational differences and induces respect for one another's experience.
