About Harry
My name is Harry and I have been tutoring since I was 16 years old. I find it to be an immensely rewarding job: I take great pride in watching my tutees develop during our sessions and equally enjoy hearing about any success that they have in the future. I went to the University of St Andrews and graduated last year with a Master of Arts in English and International Relations, and also studied French there for two years; since then, I have completed a law conversion course at BPP University and am currently on my summer holiday, with the aim of returning to BPP in September to complete the SQE. I love watching sport, being an active follower of Chelsea FC and Gloucester Rugby, willingly enduring all the hardships that can bring! I pride myself on being a patient and engaging tutor, and would be thrilled to help with your English.

I have mostly tutored students at Common Entrance and GCSE level, so I would say that level is my speciality. Lessons can range from one hour to two and typically involve thorough preparation for the exams, through tuition on exam technique, essay-writing, and comprehension. I can also provide tuition for spelling and grammar too. My lesson plans tend to be flexible: I will always ask the student before the session what they would like to focus on and I will cater the lessons around that.
