I take mental health and mental health education very seriously. I am very passionate about psychology and the world of mental health in general. I have learned most of the traditional therapeutic techniques and am therefore comfortable with most aspects of therapy. However, my favorite theories and methods of practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Humanistic/Holistic approaches.
