I always encourage students to come to me with any questions they have about content we’ve gone over. This helps me know what we need to cover again and what I might be able to teach differently. With the experience in the classroom, I know how to form these relationships with students to earn their trust so they feel comfortable asking questions so they are able to succeed.

I like to get to know my students’ learning styles to see what will help them succeed and feel most confident in themselves. I encourage them to ask questions so it’s not just me talking throughout the whole lesson. The way I teach depends on what the student needs. I try my best to keep my students engaged so they keep interest!
