About Yuexi
I'm studying a Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne, residing at Newman College, and am a recipient of the Chancellor's Scholarship. I have always enjoyed biology, chemistry and math the most and I hope to make these subjects more understandable for all students. I also speak fluent Mandarin and can assist with speaking/listening skills. Completing the IB taught me the importance of study and exam technique. Studying efficiently can drastically reduce students' stress load and effective exam techniques help boost confidence going into tests and maximize results. I want to offer guidance on this based on my own experiences, advice from my teachers/peers and previous tutoring experience. For IB Diploma Programme students, I understand how daunting it can seem. But, I would like to help support and guide you through this challenging program with specialized help and advice.

I offer specialised services in standardised testing preparation (OC class/Selective Schools/Scholarship tests) and IB IA/EE/TOK exhibition.
My goal is to help you understand and apply difficult concepts while helping you develop the skills and confidence to perform well under stressful exam conditions. I can adapt my explanation style to best help my student understand and have access to a range of online resources to supplement learning.
