My techniques are very straightforward but very effective. The first lesson I will spend time with the student, getting them comfortable and making them feel smart, and go over what they want to learn or what they are learning in class. By this, I will know their weaknesses and strengths. The next lesson we will review what we did from the last lesson and work on stuff they still struggle with. The lesson can go on for as much as the parents want, depending on the schedules and time. I am a first-time teacher. I have a lot of experience from teaching my younger siblings and cousins, which gives me far more experience in tutoring. My lessons are typically for students from K-7 as I am 16 and I am still teaching my cousins, siblings, and family friends that are in this grade group.
