About Miranda
I am a passionate, life-long learner who used to struggle with math in grade school, so I completely understand the struggles that some students go through! I decided that because of that, I wanted to help people learn and be successful in their math classes, because I know first-hand how meaningful it can be to have a teacher who understands what is it like to struggle, persevere, and succeed!

I like for each student to have prepared either some materials, class notes, or homework problems and concepts that they are struggling with so we can go over them together! I will take a look at the material that they are currently covering in class, and will come up with examples and mini lessons that the student and I can go over and work on together so they get a better, one-on-one understanding of the material.
I always encourage students to ask as many questions as they need so I can help them understand because the student's success is my #1 priority!
