About Aidan
I’m currently a graduate student at Hunter College studying Urban Policy and Leadership, and I earned my bachelor’s degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Arizona. My background includes quantitative analysis, applied statistics, and several years of professional experience working with data and operations. I’m patient, organized, and comfortable explaining concepts in different ways until they make sense. I aim to make students feel more confident working through problems on their own.

I focus on making math feel manageable and practical. I usually start by figuring out where a student is getting stuck, then work through problems step by step and explain the reasoning behind each part. I can help with algebra, geometry, general mathematics, and quantitative methods, including homework help, test preparation, and review of class material. I have a background in economics and graduate-level quantitative coursework, and I’m especially good at breaking down confusing problems into simpler steps.
