About Pablo
I am currently working on a graduate degree in Economic History from the University of Barcelona. While completing my undergraduate studies I identified that some of my peers were in need of some additional help. This led me to develop a community of people that provided the help our classmates needed. Tutors often play an important role in academic development and to be a part of that is an incredible feeling. One of my core values is a deep belief that education allows us to reach our greatest goals. As I mentioned I am also a student, and I find that I continue to learn every single day and that is a feeling I would like to impart to you.

My approach to tutoring is to help students develop a deep, analytical connection with the topics they are studying. As a student myself I understand how important it is to be curious and to challenge your initial bases of knowledge.
A typical session from me begins before that with a tailored plan to help the student succeed. This adjustment allows for us to dig into the unique needs everyone has. Armed with a strategy we would structure the session like a pyramid, laying down the foundational structure that allows us to arrive at the complex nuances of history. I am a big believer in discussion as the best way to promote critical thinking, so it won't just be a presentation on my part but rather a collaborative framework for learning. For each session I will supply study guides and practice questions to elevate the experience. I also offer detailed guidance for students that need to sharpen up their essay question skills.
I specialize in Middle and High school students along with preparation needed for Advanced Placement (AP) classes.

Pablo helped me prepare for the AP world exam my junior year. He remained my favorite teacher through the year and even put in extra time around exams. He made me actually enjoy history and I’m more of a science guy. If you want someone to be fully dedicated to helping you out you can’t go wrong with Pablo.
I received some tutoring from Pablo back in Uni I needed some help with World War 1 history and he took it upon himself to help me out. I was not expecting too much but he went above and beyond to help me understand the topic beyond just key dates and events. The level of attention he provided me was phenomenal.
