About Logan
I have 15 years of practice in the trade, it's been 5 years since I graduated. I worked for different sports halls and carried out training courses and complementary training. I have trained not far from 600 people in my coaching career any gymnastic / fitness / strength training activity confused. Some of my experiences that I can share with you: - Is to have coached a girl in IFBB, preparation for Bikini competition. "A young man who wishes to return to the special forces of the army, to which the best results have been attributed. - Have trained and Prepared some people to the BPJEPS AGFF graduation test - Success - I remain at your disposal if you wish to have more information.

Having a high level career in my assets and following my passion for sport, I have passed the necessary diplomas for a quality education. So I dedicate myself to giving individual lessons to people with goals of muscle strengthening, slimming, re-education, fitness or preparing for a contest with dietary and physical follow-up. I offer my private room in a friendly setting with hydromassage shower, towels, Aloe vera shower gel. I give group lessons on vitrolles in SMALL GROUP (group of 8max) to accompany people in the improvement of their state of mental and psychological health by the sport. I offer courses of Gym soft, body bar, full body training, bootcamp, aquagym, running. I remain at your disposal for any eventual question

Logan est une personne trés à l'écoute et bienveillante. Il est un bon pédagogue et ses cours sont agréables à suivre, une bonne ambiance et parfois des moments de rigolades... de plus on voit facilement qu'il est passionné et qu'il sait de quoi il parle, et ça, ça change tout :)
