About Emjet
My first degree was in applied Maths with the focus on Computer Studies, Business Studies and Economics. I clocked up 40 years experience in I.T. and business before I switched to private tuition. I've been a private tutor for the last 15 years and have taught 131 students in that time. Many of my students have either come back to me for further study at a higher level or for study in other related topics.

My philosophy/approach is to make sure that you can understand the fundamentals in a way that works for you. Building on that with more complex concepts and techniques and working up to challenging problem solving will be much easier, after that. Working at your pace but pushing you at the right moment is a key strategy that I like to use. Lessons are normally 1 hour but can be varied to suit my students.
