About Priyantha
After graduating with a honours degree in mathematics, studied statistics at graduate level in the Cambridge University UK and Tokyo Institute of Technology Japan. After that my main job is teaching statistics at all levels for past 20 years or so. During this time, I have been developing useful pedagogical skills to cater students best for their understanding of the subject. I focus on student learning behaviour and their aims the most.

Have more than 20 years of experience in teaching statistics, quantitive methods, etc. at all degree levels. Teach with deep understanding of the subject and the student's learning behaviour. Use critical, logical and convincing approach so that student finds easy to grasp the subject matter. Give the number one priority to student's understanding of the key concepts through logical explanations, critical evaluations, etc. with brilliant examples. All the concepts are taught with simple explanations--a characteristic of a person with deep understanding of the subject.
