About Dani
I have been cooking for as long as I can remember even taking my first college cooking courses while I was still a Jr in high school. There was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to go to culinary school I applied and received early admission. I then graduated in 2007.
Since then I have worked in small kitchens, home kitchens, fast food, & large industrial kitchens feeding 300 daily.
Food is my passion and my hobby. I would love to help someone else find their passion as well.

I am here to work at your speed and help with what you have questions on. There is no rush or need to feel like a professional we will take it step by step together so not only do you know the steps but you know why we do them.
I like working with people who are new to cooking who feel a little bit intimidated by being in a kitchen to help over come any doubts they have.
Of course I am willing and have experience working with every level cook.
