About Antonella
After university, I set off to teach English abroad for two years. Equipped with a degree in environmental studies and no teacher training, I felt unprepared. However, by doing research inside and outside of the classroom, speaking honestly with my colleges, and taking time to prepare for the next lesson, I immerged with flying colors. Having the patience to sit with opportunities for growth in terms of lesson construction or topic explanation, I always improved with each lesson as a teacher.

I teach and nurture elementary school level math through curiosity and validation. I am keen on asking the student to explain their questions, answers, and understanding to me. I like to begin the lesson with something personal such as conversation and then proceed to homework/lesson topic.
