About Edward
I am a compassionate and diligent tutor who tries to stretch his students to achieve their full potential. This means I engage on a personal level, taking time to get to know my students. I take a balanced approach, making my lessons fun as well as informative to bring enjoyment to subjects which could otherwise become boring and dry.

Every lesson revolves around one topic over an hour. I prepare a step-by-step guide to approach the topic together, followed by short assessments to test a student's ability to independently think and solve problems.
After each session, the student will be asked what they found difficult or easy to instruct future lessons.
It is of the utmost importance to understand and appreciate the different paths of learning depending on how each student works. This requires communication, understanding and adaptability. I ensure that my lessons are engaging and challenging, adapting content and method specifically to each student.
