For Several years now I have focused my academic pursuits on learning and developing those all-important skills necessary to be great in this type of role. As a personal mission, I strive to empower and improve other’s outlooks and abilities to solve educational related problems. I have demonstrated during my different previous study groups a dedication to sharing my knowledge and learning experiences with peers. I possess the skills of boosting student confidence and engaging them in the learning process by not only helping them solve their problems but also making them growing their mindsets to approach future challenges on their own. Effective communication is at the top of my approach. I strive to ensure that all interactions are fluid and productive, which in turn supports a more engaging and supportive educational environment. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has provided me with a deep understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations.
My goal is to make a positive impact by shaping a collaborative atmosphere where students are motivated to excel.
