About Melissa
I fell in love with Spanish in High School and was a proud member of the National Spanish Honor Society.
Upon attending college, I began taking Spanish right away and ultimately graduated with a degree in the language.
My final Spanish class required us to read 4 Spanish novels and write a minimum 25 page thesis paper.
I worked for many year in advertising and had very limited opportunities to practice my Spanish, but I continue to stay sharp and practice daily with a Spanish language application.
It is my dream to visit Spain and see in person all of the amazing things I learned about during my Spanish undergrad!
Until then I am happy to help others learn this beautiful language!

My name is Melissa and I love helping people achieve their goals! I can help with Spanish learning at all levels, with an emphasis on speaking and listening comprehension.
We will learn Spanish through a variety of proven learning techniques, including listening comprehension, reading, writing, memorization and conversation.
A typical lesson will last an hour and we will review previous lessons (if applicable) and continue to grow your skills by building off your current abilities and gradually increasing your skills.
In between lessons we will utilize Spanish learning software to keep your lessons fresh and fun.
