About Annie
Working with students can never be a challenge, especially when I'm meeting to help students improve their grades. One thing I do when I meet the student for the first time is to ask them about their interests, like sports, school subjects, music and movies. In the maths problems I create, I incorporate references to these interests.

Questioning is a great strategy, as it helps students become more involved in a lesson. To include questioning in my lessons, I make sure to always prepare informative questions to ask my students. This way, I can support their learning by encouraging them to look for effective solutions using information they already know. Naturally, I always give them enough time to consider each question. If they say they don't understand it, I rephrase the same question to better match their age and general approach to learning.
