About Lochlann
I’m Lochlann Davidson, a Sport & Exercise Science graduate, published researcher and academic writing tutor. I achieved 90% in my undergraduate dissertation and now help students apply the same standards to their EPQs, NEAs and extended projects. I’m confident, organised and honest in my feedback, and I always explain clearly what examiners and mark schemes are looking for. My lessons are structured but relaxed, so students feel comfortable asking questions while still being pushed to produce higher-quality work.

I’m Lochlann Davidson, a Sport & Exercise Science graduate, published researcher and 90% dissertation scorer, so I understand what exam boards look for in high-mark projects. I help GCSE and A-level students plan, research and write EPQs, NEAs and extended projects. In each online lesson we break the project into clear stages: refining the question, mapping out structure, planning methods, organising sources and improving academic writing. I use live screen-sharing and shared documents to show you how to take notes, paraphrase, build arguments and reference correctly. Lessons are usually 60 minutes and focused on whatever will move your project forward fastest that week, whether that’s planning, analysis, evaluation or polishing drafts against the mark scheme. These lessons are ideal for motivated GCSE and A-level students who want clear guidance, honest feedback and a stronger final grade.
