About Damian
I am a professional engineer and chartered director having come through engineering and design roles all the way through to Managing Director of large technology and engineering companies. I have over 25 years experience in industry and over the last year I decided to tutor only a few students to help them with their maths and over a range of capabilities. Their and my experience has been enjoyable and very successful.

Ensuring that the students understand the topic areas through 1:1 explanations and then following up with increasingly difficult problems to solve. My main principle is if the student doesn't understand, it's up to me find a different way to explain it. I have found that my students enjoy the tutoring sessions and we overcome the barriers together and where possible I try to explain the applications of maths in everyday life so that the students can understand just how important and useful maths is.
