I focus on making every class valuable and predictable. First, I set clear learning outcomes at the start of each session so students know what they’ll gain by attending. I track attendance and reach out personally if a student misses 2+ classes to understand challenges and offer support. I make sessions interactive and record short recaps, but the main problem-solving and discussions happen live to incentivize attendance. I also connect course content to exams and real career skills, showing students the direct benefit of regular participation.
