About Yuying
I am an outgoing, positive and approachable person. I enjoy working with students to learn and progress together. I think I love teaching because I love to share, so I want to pass on knowledge and information that I find useful to my students and that they can use in their studies and in their lives. I also get a lot of satisfaction and happiness from teaching and I think that is the other main reason why I have been in the education industry.

Firstly, I put a high value on creating an atmosphere of equal communications. I pull closer the distance much more quickly. It mattered in accessing students real thoughts and adequate information as an objective basis for teaching and evaluation. On a deeper note, it played a role in the formation of an outlook on life.
Furthermore, I come to perceive the mental changes between students' determination to learn and hesitation facing difficulties. I try some confidence-building measures, prompt them to implement study plans and share my learning experiences. Only then do I realise that it is a two-way process in which even an affirmative look may count.
