Your voice matters the most! I want to be flexible depending on student, but my ways on teaching are the following:
Interactive Teaching – Encourage students to participate through questions, polls, quizzes, and discussions.
Clear Lesson Presentation – Present lessons in an organized and understandable way, using clear explanations and examples.
Student-Centered Learning – Allow students to actively participate through problem-solving, research, and independent activities.
Use of Multimedia Resources – Use videos, presentations, audio recordings, and digital illustrations to explain concepts.
Regular Assessment and Feedback – Give quizzes, assignments, and activities to assess students' understanding and provide timely feedback.
Collaborative Learning – Encourage group discussions, teamwork, and collaborative projects using online platforms.
Gamification – Use educational games, quizzes, and challenges to make learning enjoyable and motivating.
Differentiated Instruction – Adapt teaching strategies and learning materials to meet students' different abilities and needs.
Effective Communication – Provide clear instructions, respond to students' questions, and establish regular communication.
Flexible and Accessible Learning – Provide downloadable materials, recorded lessons, and alternative activities for students with limited internet access.
Time Management – Set clear schedules, deadlines, and learning objectives to help students manage their tasks effectively.
Positive Learning Environment – Create a respectful, supportive, and welcoming online classroom where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas.
