Final years of the study lifestyle coaching I focus on children / young people. I have experience as a personal trainer and mental coach. I provide training for mental blockages that young people often encounter, such as fear of failure, stress, low self-confidence, depression and problems with social media.

Dit is zeker een aanrader!!
Irene heeft heel veel kennis over persoonlijke ontwikkeling en heeft mijn dochter een letterlijke persoonlijke boost kunnen geven. Ik ben super tevreden en mijn dochter ook met de sessies die ze nu samen hebben.
Het bijzondere aan Irene vind ik dat ze je ook duidelijk kan confronteren als dat nodig is. Ze kan soms een spiegel voor je houden, wat mijn dochter erg veel helpt vooruit te komen.
Een dikke 10 dus!
