About ELESA
I first qualified as a fitness professional over 30 years ago. I hold an MSc and a doctorate in sports & exercise-related areas and love helping people achieve their fitness goals. As a former science lecturer, I take an informed, research-led approach to fitness, ensuring that your goals are delivered in an effective, safe and enjoyable way.
