As a tutor, I focus on building confidence through strategy-based learning. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all tutoring — instead, I personalize each lesson based on the student’s needs, goals, and learning style. Whether we’re working on SAT prep, college essays, or navigating the admissions process, I aim to simplify complex material and make each session as efficient and supportive as possible.
A typical lesson begins with a quick check-in or warm-up activity, followed by targeted instruction using real examples and active practice. For SAT sessions, that might include timed practice questions and breakdowns of answer traps. For essay coaching, I help students brainstorm, structure, and refine their writing while preserving their unique voice.
What sets me apart is that I’ve gone through the college application process recently and successfully, earning acceptance to several top-tier universities, including Georgia Tech where I currently study. This means I bring firsthand insights, not just theory, to my lessons.
My lessons are perfect for high school students, particularly juniors and seniors, who are preparing for standardized tests, working on college essays, or looking for guidance through the admissions process. I also work well with ambitious middle school students who want a head start.
