I am a full time tutor in Geography and Geology, after graduating with First Class Honours from a Geology Masters degree at Imperial College London last year. I have been tutoring at GCSE, A-level and undergraduate level throughout my degree, and have absolutely loved helping my tutees fulfill their potential.
I first have a conversation with the student about their requirements from the tuition, then we first assess targets, strengths and weaknesses to create a plan. This plan will be tailored to the student's personality and targets in order to maximise their benefits and enjoyment of the sessions. Once we have created a plan, I like to get stuck in to the work to make the improvements as effectively and quickly as possible.
As a young tutor who has recently also completed my school and university exams, I am a relatable character to my tutees and often make a big effort to form a good bond with the student so we can feel like we're in it together.
