About Sadie
I am a 22 year old who has just graduated from the University of Edinburgh. Since the start of the Pandemic I have been volunteering with an organisation, tutoring English to a refugee in the UK. I have found this experience truly inspiring and fulfilling, realising the powerful bond of sharing knowledge and information. Having graduated from university I now have more time to commit to teaching a greater variety of subjects and students. With a recent familiarity and personal understanding of the school and university systems, I hope to offer students friendly help and guidance.

I am a driven and motivated person, who strongly believes in the value of education. I think that we learn best from people who inspire us with their passion and who we feel that we can trust. I therefore try to establish a friendly and motivational atmosphere in my classes. I have experience tutoring English as a foreign language since the start of the pandemic. I am now looking to provide further tutoring for GCSE/A-Level students in the subjects of Geography/History/Politics. In these online sessions I would provide supplementary classes on subjects students are struggling with, offering tailored explanations and helping with the completion of particular homework tasks.
